1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be: 

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. 
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or customization reasons. 
  • Final sale items (items marked "Final Sale" or discounted by 40%+).
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants).
  • Personal care items (beauty products, earrings, or intimate apparel). 
4. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please visit our [Link to Return Portal] or contact us at [Support Email]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. 

5. Shipping Costs
  • Defective or Wrong Items: We cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
